Minimum Driving Age for Mopeds and Small Motorcycles - Public Consultation

Transport Malta has commissioned a study on the potential impacts of allowing 16- or 17-year-olds to start driving moped and/or low-powered motorcycles, a practice that is widely used in almost all other Member States.
