With effect from Monday 9th March, all applications and the required supporting documentation must be submitted via email to cadpel.tm@transport.gov.mt in PDF format. Documents must be sent as separate files (not merged into a single document), and the total email size must not exceed 20MB, otherwise the email may not be received.
