Recreational Operations
Operators must ensure the following requirements are met:

Most applications are automatically approved within minutes, provided that:
Maximum flight altitude does not exceed 120m (400 ft)
The selected area is appropriate and remains within VLOS (Visual Line of Sight) requirements
System status indicators confirm the operation is compliant
If the selected area includes restricted airspace, the system will:
Identify the restriction
Provide the relevant authority contact email for a no-objection statement
Any required no-objection documentation must be uploaded with the application.
Where restricted zones do not list a contact, the request will be escalated directly to the authority for review.
Commercial Operations

Once these conditions are satisfied, a flight submission can be made via the Flight Submission tab
In addition, for commercial operations (including concerts, events, weddings, and similar activities), the operator is responsible for:
Submitting a letter of engagement
Providing a no objection confirmation from the venue (where applicable)
Further information on commercial engagements can be found here
For operations within the Valletta Special Permit Zone, operators must comply with the specific requirements outlined here
