Registration of Boats Being Imported by Purchaser
- Importation Documents;
- Bill of Sale of boat and engine including the Make, Model, HIN, Serial No. and HP;
- Original Deletion Certificate (in cases where boat was previously registered on another register);
- Declaration of Conformity (if applicable);
- CE Certificate (if applicable);
- Photo of Hull Identification Number (HIN);
- Photo of Engine Serial Number;
- Photo of Builders Plate;
- Coloured photo of boat;
- Copy of ID Card / Passport of owner (for verification purposes only);
- Copy of ID Card / Passport of previously registered owner (for verification purposes only);
- A Certificate of Survey drawn up by a Government Appointed Surveyor; and
- A third party liability Insurance policy certificate valid for a year from date of initial registration (for small ships with engines exceeding 9.9 HP).
