A web-based system is being created for traffic management applications to be submitted through the online eForms applications which intend to provide better communication between the citizens, Local Councils and Transport Malta. In order to enhance the concept of the Local Councils being a one-stop shop for the service of the residents in the respective locality, the applications will be processed through the Local Council. This system will provide better consistency in the submission and processing of traffic management related applications.
So far, TM-related application forms are not yet available on the system. Familiarisation seminars have been organised for Local Councils in December 2012, to explain the process and additional requirements that may be needed when submitting a form through this system.
