Passengers travelling by air who have a complaint which falls under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 can complete the standard EU complaint form which can be found under the Important Links section. The instructions specified in the form must be carefully followed.
The completed form can be sent either by post, e-mail or fax to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA).
